General Policies
- Deposit: All reservations require a deposit equal to one night's stay plus tax. Deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Deposit must be paid via debit or credit card.
- A valid debit / credit card must be kept on file at all times.
- Late Fees: Late fees are assessed in the amount of $10.00 per day that rental fees are not paid in full. Partial payments are not accepted.
- Pets:
- All Sites: No aggressive breeds permitted. Pets must remain on leash (6ft max) at ALL TIMES while outdoors. Pets are not permitted in the clubhouse, laundry facilities, bath houses, pool area, or restaurant. All owners MUST pick up after their pets. Policy violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Long Term RV Sites: No more than 2 pets per site. No aggressive breeds permitted.
- Short Term RV Sites: General policy applies.
- Long Term Cabins / Fish Camps / Park Models / Cottages: No pets permitted
- Short Term Cabins: 2 pets max. 25lb weight limit per pet.
